Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown

The rooms could use a few updates, but it's just cosmetics. Comfy beds and pillows, very clean and nice atmosphere. The pool on the rooftop is top notch!! Breakfast was great, but definitely be on time bc they dont play!! Definitely will stay here again!! View is amazing and location location location!!!! Parking is really good and decent priced. Also has a 24 hr security guard that was very present so you feel very safe!! The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Danielle!! She was the sweetest and so helpful!!!

Ou personal feelings about ratings is how well a place meets our expectations. This place exceeded everything we expected. Leslie was so sweet and friendly when checking us in, she recognized us a diamond members. Our room was spacious, perfectly cleaned, beautiful river view. parking is available indoors. We. felt very secure. Great location with trolley service a block away. Riverwalk close by. Easy access to the main attractions of Beale street, Peabody's, riverboat cruises and lots of restaurants.

Hotel has very friendly people at the frontdesk. The hotel is located near the main street and has a nice view of the river. Parking garage is very small so parking can be a bit of a challenge. Nevertheless would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel along the river and down town. Great view of the river and mud island. Easy walk to Beale St. Near Bass Pro Great breakfast clean comfortable rooms. Would stay again.

We booked in to stay for 3 nights, and were allocated a windowless room on the bottom floor. We asked to be moved to a room with a window, which they did pretty much straight away. I left my earpods behind when we left, they mailed it to our next hotel for me - what legends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL - THE STAFF ARE AWESOME!

We stayed 2 nights and loved the location. The pool is basic but was a welcome break from summer heat and the river view from the pool deck was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet was great and I enjoyed making waffles. Thanks again to Leslie and the staff for being so welcoming and kind.

The folks here are extremely sweet and accommodating, if you need something just ask and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a comfortable stay! Theres always a friendly face at the front desk and I only had positive interactions with any of the staff I came across. Breakfast was yummy and the hotel is in prime spot, walking distance from a lot of touristy spots like museums, Beale street, theaters, concert venues, cafe's, small grocery markets and more. They made me feel very safe and comfortable, the prices were reasonable, and I would absolutely book again. Thank you!!

Stop reading reviews and just book here! WOW am I glad I did! Let me start with the most outstanding part of this hotel: THE STAFF! Absolutely every single person I encountered was friendly, kind, fun, and helpful. Special shout out to Ms. Danyelle and the evening staff. They make you feel that warm Memphis welcome from the moment your foot hits the door. OK now the room....SO clean! The hard working housekeeping staff keeps it sanitized and sparkly...seriously! The beds are crisp and fresh, and even the white grout in the bathroom looks like they just put it on today! Oh and the beds are comfy, and that shower was just right. Great water pressure and temperature. Next up. The VIEW... y'all this place is ON THE RIVER! Plenty of fancy hotels in Memphis without this view.... ask and see if you can get one! Speaking of location...safe and WALKABLE to everything... River boats, convention center, Beale Street...museums.... amazing food, it's close to it all. Speaking of food...let's talk about the FREE BREAKFAST! Fresh fluffy eggs (never had better!), perfect Southern biscuits, bacon, sausage, gravy, waffles.... plus so much else...yummmm. Again, the best part is the staff! The folks in the kitchen are a true team, constantly monitoring, cleaning, and making the morning so pleasant. They truly enjoy working together and making the customer happy! It was a joy to stay here and it's the best place in Memphis, thanks to the STAFF!
